'virtual' organisation with over 1000 Interim Managers among their membership,
the IIM do not have a central office. Thus, their website is critical. With extensive CMS tools,
IIM staff can:
- manage page content across the site
- add new Members
- add events
- add assignment notifications
- create and send invoices to Members
- add news stories at will, without any technical knowledge
- monitor Member's CPD report submissions
The site received very favourable feedback from the Membership, which lead the IIM Board to initiate further developments allowing Members to:
- book events, including online payments
- create their own IIM-branded web pages
- search for other Members
- submit CPD reports
